A First Call Haul professional will ask you to describe your unwanted items and offer you a rough estimate for the junk removal needs. 3. You schedule a convenient time for your appointment. We use a time window and follow up with phone calls to update and notify when we are enroute. 5. Upon arrival, simply point out your unwanted items and you will receive a firm, honest quote for the price of your junk removal needs. 6. Watch as our team makes your unwanted items disappear. 7. Payment: We accept cash and credit cards.

Do you accept large items? Yes, we accept large, bulky junk items such as beds, mattresses, appliances, furniture and more.

How much does it cost to remove a single item? Unlike large national corporations, First Call Haul is a local junk removal company with a minimum charge of just $135.00.

Should I tip First Call Haul employees? While tipping for junk removal is appreciated, it is not expected. However, if your First Call Haul junk removal professionals do an exceptional job, you may want to consider tipping 15-20% of the cost of your junk removal job.

Where do my unwanted items go? Most of the junk goes to the landfill but we do donate what we can oand recycle or reuse when feasable.

Do you recycle or accept donations? We will take items to recycle facilities and to donation centers when appropriate or on request.

Do you offer curbside pickup? We will gladly do curbside pickup with prior arrangements and deposit after a price is finalized. Due to the discrepancies in sizes and space estimation, we require an on-site evaluation to finalize price estimates.

What if I decide not to proceed with the job after you've given me a quote? We understand that circumstances can change. If you choose not to proceed with the job after receiving a quote, please let us know as soon as possible. Our goal is to ensure transparency and open communication, so we appreciate your timely notification.

Do you charge a trip free if I decide not to proceed with your service? Currently, we do not impose any trip fees for cancellations or changes of plans.

Can I expect your arrival at the scheduled time? We understand the importance of punctuality and respecting your time. While we strive to provide accurate arrival estimates, the nature of our work sometimes requires flexibility. We typically offer a time window for our arrival and utilize follow-up phone calls to keep you updated and informed about our enroute status. Our commitment to effective communication ensures that you are aware of any adjustments and can anticipate our arrival accordingly. Your convenience is our priority, and we make every effort to provide reliable and transparent service.

Do you offer same-day and next-day service?  We offer same-day and next-day service when available. Our goal is to provide you with the most convenient and timely service possible.

Do you provide a written quote? Absolutely, once we’re on-site and have a comprehensive understanding of the project, we provide you with a written quote and firm price.
